Good idea or doesn't matter?
I know it's two months away but it seems like that would be a particularly frustrating time to be here. Thoughts?

It's not that it's such a big part of my life, but I get on when work is slow and I figure that even though Christmas wasn't technically Jesus' birthday and it stemmed from pagan practices, I do think it has become an important date to Christians as it's the one day of the year where you can focus on the things that really matter...and no, that's not presents or hooking up with a co worker at the office christmas party.

Maybe and maybe not. There are some Christians on here that are not yet strong enough in the Lord to stand against the criticism alone. They may need a word from us at a time of such a great attack against Christians. We can't fold under pressure, did Jesus? Persecution will bet overbearing but we should be expecting that. That's the life of a Christian. Just ignore the questions that are obviously an attempt to frustrate us. That's how I manage to still be active on here.

I have only been here two weeks and am pretty sure I'm going to be taking a permanent break. The atheist on here are just childish, like they never grew up, only know how to be sarcastic and make fun of everything. I love debate, but this forum is not debate, it is name calling. There are maybe 5 atheist that are on this board that you can take seriously, the rest are an embarrassment to the others.

I don"t come on here that often anyway. Everything in moderation is what i say. If it gets to you maybe best to take a break from it for a while.
