Do you think that they pretend to be nice to get paid or they are really that nice and really care about you after they go home.

Make the distinction between a co-worker, a friend and an acquaintance. I don't like my co-workers but I can be civil towards them so that we can accomplish what we have to do; they are not my friends. We do not get together outside of work to catch a movie or go to a concert or a bar

I like my co-worker very much, I can see when I switch jobs still having the occasional conversation at the market or perhaps a lunch but nothing more. In most cases I try to limit the socializing with my co-workers only to work.

Co-workers come and go and routinely they're irrelevant. I find that co-workers are generally barely tolerable and that liking them is nearly impossible -- the exception being the type of co-worker who doesn't watch television and harbors a great distain for ignorance, superstition, gullibility, and the lesser stupidities that humans are prone to.

I like all my co-workers for the most part. I think most of them like me. You only disliked if you dislike you know like karma. But for the most part their just co-workers the only connection you have to them is the one job were you both work at. You rarely hangout, socialize, or be friends with them outside of the job. At least in my experience. But I believe if your good with most people, then most people would be good right back to you.

I work alone up front as a receptionist. I think my co-workers like me because when they come up to see me, they are all reallly polite. I really like them. I know that the boss likes me, so that makes me feel good.

sort of. He's ok. I have three co-workers, get along with them, but do not choose to spend time with them outside of work.

My boss, on the other hand---i love the guy, and we do spend time together outside work.
