I hear this all the time from my coworker, mostly as she is hanging up the phone. I've heard it alot of other times as well and Ive always wondered.

Ordelay.

I'm probably spelling it WAY wrong, but what does it mean?

No, its not ondalay, I know that one. It is pronounced pretty much the exact way I spelt it.

Im looking for the translation of the word

Ordelay.

I'm thinking... could the word possibly be 'Ándale'?...
It could make sense, if your coworker is from Latin America, especially from Mexico.

BTW, 'ándale' is like 'hurry up!'.

Now, you said the word sounded like having an 'r', right? I'm editing because I've found a word that I'm sure is the one you asked for: 'órale'. I think it's also a common word in Mexico, and it means OK!

Are you thinking of "órale"?
It means something like "OK", fine.
