Oh, I get it!!
The dog and cat have actually been in the bar all afternoon and are a bit pi*ssed, and the dogs face has become all droopy through intoxication - so it looks "long".

What is this?? I have read better and more witty jokes with intelligence than this. Its an old joke that really isnt funny anymore. You could of made a bit more effort.......
