i've had this dream where all of a sudden i feel like i have a bunch of rocks in my mouth and i start spitting them out, but they are always my teeth, but they are smaller like the little pebbles you find on a playground, and i can just keep spitting them out, like i have 4x as many teeth as usual.

it might happen during any dream, its not always the same dream, but its something that happens oftin. usually there is no injury preceeding it, i'll just be sitting there and there they are. and there is never and blood, just teeth. its usually sooooo vivid that i wake up not knowing if i have teeth.

i am a very shy person, i hardly ever talk unless spoken to. i've definitly gone days without talking to anyone except customers who call where i work.

as for dental things, i've got great teeth, extreamly healthy.

as for the death thing, i've had this dream easily 50 times, the only person i've even know who's died, died less than a month ago, and she was 89 so it wasnt anything unexpected, her and my dog, but that was years ago.

and i'm far from fat as the first person answered, i'm only 120lbs. and i eat very well thankyouverymuch.

There are a lot of ways to interpret dreams.

For this dream I recommend the subjective method because teeth mean something different to you than they do to others.

Write down whatever comes into your mind when you think about teeth.

In example, when I think about teeth I think:

Smile
Eat
Bite
Talk
Cavities
Decay

You're spitting them out (getting them/it out of you) and there are a lot of them (it).

When you find the meaning for teeth that resonates with you, apply that meaning to getting that out of you.

I've read that dreams involving something being jammed in your mouth has something to do with having something to say or discuss, but not having the courage to say it. It can also mean that you are being too free with your opinion and may be hurting people with your words without even knowing...this is due to the rocks or pebbles falling from your lips.

More specific dreams of your own teeth is thought to be linked to thoughts of your appearance or how you are seen by others. Losing teeth may mean that you feel powerless about your looks or about how other people view you.

I've also added a link to a dream dictionary entry about teeth...

SomethingTuesday answered your question correct.

By the way MickeyG, your avatar is kinda cute. Our avatars should hook up some time.

no, just kidding. Really though. Teeth imperfections in dreams indicate a sense of losing control of something.
The most exrtremem example would be chipping your tooth in a dream and loosing a part of it. in your case however, the answerer named SomeTues is correct. It is apparent that he has studied psychology.

study of psychology allows me to answer this!

dreams of all o your teeth suddenly becoming loose and falling out in the manner you describe generally tend to mean one of two things.
1) You are subconciously worried about your health - maybe as simple as worried you dont clean your teeth as much as you should!
2) Money worries. The loosing teeth dream is consistant with those incurring financial decisions, problems, or uncertainty.

if it helps, ive had this dream many times, and many of the people i know have as well - you are not alone!
Sweet dreams!
x

Ive had this dream too, and if you have ever seen or read the play a dream play, (august strindberg) it happens in there too. Basically its jsut an unnatural thing to happen, it can show nerves and discomfort with something happeneing in your life.

Sounds to me like you might be nervous about some dental related problem. Maybe you should go to a dentist and see if you have any problems. Sometimes dreams are strangely put predictions of the future.

My grandmother once told me that when you dream that your teeth are falling that means something important in your life was going to happen.
