Dinner: 1 piece of cheese pizza - 4 slices of pizza
Dessert: chocolate fondue - 3 scoops

3,500 calories.

It all depends on the portion size. If that is all you are eating, unless you are eating a lot of the chocolate fondue, your calorie count is too low for the day. You never want to eat less than 1200 calories.

699 Calories and over 200 of those are fat. Also you're breakfast will not get your metabolism going, you need to eat solid food to help. Lunch, Dinner and Dessert are all high sugar, high fat options, you are getting hardly any protein.
You are officially malnurishing yourself. Eat more vegetables, eat something solid for breakfast. try to get your caloric intake to at least 1200 calories, to stay out of starvation mode.

stop worrying about calories......just work at consuming more protien and less carbs
