I made a guy cry , he says because a always tease him on his stuby legs no i feel bad because i think he likes me so what should i do to make him feel better?(i already gave him cany and said sorry twice even though he replied it's ok)

Just keep going out of your way to be really nice to him, dont make fun of him anymore, maybe make fun of yourself in front of him to make him laugh, just be a good friend

If he cries over stupidity like that just leave him alone. He's got a lot of problems that you don't want to be involved with. Next time you see him tell him he can walk off on his stubby legs and keep on walking. If that's enough to make him cry wait until life really gets rough, he'll probably commit suicide (the wimp).

Sounds like kinda a loser, you should get your friend to knock on you around him, maybe he'll chime in. Y would you want to be with a guy that cries anyhow?

just talk 2 him and dont give him candy because thats a bribe 2 make him say its ok so dont b mean and tease him either.
