There's not much you can do without going to the doctor. It spreads like crazy and you'll probably get it, too, unless you get a prescription from the doctor.

You may not even have to bring them in to the office. Give the doc's a call and explain the symptoms. Pink eye is super common.

If you can't afford the doctor you may want to try your drug store. I know Walgreens carries an over the counter product that is used to treat pink eye. I can't remember the name off the top of my head. Talk with your pharmacist. But as everyone else has said it is best to have it looked at by a doctor.

Besides the antibiotic eye drops, apply a warm compress to the eye a few times a day. This will give relief to the itching and calm the discomfort. Try to use a disposable cloth if possible and disgard and/or wash any towels and wash towels that were used prior to getting the infection.

You need to take them to the doctor. Most likely they will be prescribed Bleph-10 eye drops. The drops will help clear up symptoms in a few days, although your kids should keep using them for the prescribed time.

This needs to be treated by a doc. Could be allergic/viral/bacterial. Either way, they cannot go to school with conjunctivitis, just in case it's contagious. Call the doc for a prescription for either an ointment or drops. Good luck!

Take them to the doctor, they will prescribe the correct stuff. If you try and use something on your own you could really hurt your child.
Good Luck :)
