What diet and exercise and routine would be the best for a healthy body and mind??

The obvious answer is that "It depends..." on your age and the state of your body.

Speaking of my personal opinion, however, activities like walking, cycling and swimming rate quite high. Yoga/meditation are also highly recommended.

Cross train , weights. aerobics and out door sports.
Go to school, read and do puzzles
Eat in moderation and more veggies and fruit than meats.Drink water mostly all other liquids in moderation.
Check out your family medical history and inform yourself about what illness and health problems run in the family so you can reduce your probability or possibly prevent them.
Try to get 6-8 hours sleep every night.
Be faithful and loyal , to all that are faithful to you.Abandon all those that cheat, lie ,steal and life will be less stressful.

the best exercise is the one that you will continue to do. if you like to walk or ride your bike or swim or whatever, it's good if you do it for at least 30 minutes every day. cleaning house and dancing to your favorite music also can burn calories. just get up and move!
