If they are actually boils, these are tiny little staph infections. A key thing to know is that they actually are a little painful to the touch. They could be caused from ingrown hairs. Just apply a little triple antibiotic ointment to them. Do not squeeze on the, as it will cause more pain and they will become larger. Hope this helps!

It's like cystic acne. There is little to no definition between the hair folocile and the oil gland causeing the bumps to turn to boils.

Gott in Himmel! What a question! That's why I went into Horticulture, Philosophy and Music and not medicine or law as my Mamika and Papa wanted----too yucky! I hope I never experience that particular facet of reality or learn the answer the hard way!
