Our vet price for surgery is between 800 and 1200 if we have to pay it we will but we are looking for a lower price

As long as it is not a specialized surgery, you can call any other vet hosp you want and get an estimate.
You will just have to do the leg work and call or visit some other vets.

For the last 2 years I have brought my dogs to Broomall Animal Hospital and have always been satisfied with the care they have received. From past experience with other vets, I believe they charge reasonable rates for veterinary care.
Without knowing the specifics of your case though I can't give any additional details but I do think they are worth calling.

particular, that does look somewhat over the right even for manhattan. Google spay/neuter clinics in Rockland County, N.Y. there's a catalogue of vets with telephone numbers, you are able to inspect the fees.
