Practical advice? Adjust your expectations. 15 kilograms in a month isn't going to happen.

Getting rid of fat without damaging important body parts is a slow process. Reduce your food intake, get at least an hour per day of vigorous aerobic exercise like swimming, cycling or running. If that's too much for you, start with less and work up to it.

Fat is an efficient means of storing food/fuel/calories for lean times. If it went away quickly and easily, we wouldn't be here, because our ancestors would've starved to death between mammoth kills.

15 kg in a month is not realistic. If you are trying to lose weight then do it in a healthy way by eating and exercising properly.

Diet:
Have a healthy and balanced permanent:
dark green vegetables, fresh fruits, whole wheat and whole grain products, non-fat dairy products, fish, poultry breast, lean red meat, egg white.

Exercising:
Aerobic and weight training will raise your metabolic rate. In result, your body will burn more calories.

Aerobic: 3 times per week, conduct an exercise that keeps your heart rate elevated for at least 30-45 minutes (ex: walking, running, cycling, swimming, aerobics ...)

Weight Training: Alternate days of aerobics with weight training. You will build muscles that will burn more calories, even when at rest!

Good luck!

If you want to reduce your weight, you need to do a lot of exercise to accelerate your metabolism. It's better if you do cardiovascular exercise, because this kind of exercise helps you burn fat...

You should begin with a good eating plan, combining fats and sweets with fruits and vegetables. It will be better if you drink at least eight glasses of water daily to control your calories and your cholesterol.

If you want you can use some pills to control your weight and to accelerate the process of burning fat.

I know some pills which you can use to reduce your weight. Those pills are Xenical and Hoodia. Their results are excellent and fast.

first you need to set a realistic goal, you don't gain 15 kilos in one month so you certainly aren't going to lose 15 kilos in one month. the rate of fat loss is always slower than it takes to gain the weight initially.

1 prepare yourself, feel free to take a few days to get ready.
- don't let people put you down saying "you won't make it". You may not loose the weight as fast as you would hope to, but you WILL lose it. Period.
- if there's any food you already know is bad for you and you have it readily available, get rid of it now, have a good meal with it, or have someone else hang on to it and make a deal that they will give you some of it once every two weeks as a treat/reward. You'll think of something good to do with it, I'm sure.
- if you don't live alone or spend a lot of meals with others like for example at a cafeteria, let your friends/family know what you are doing and that you will be needing their support. If you get any negative comments, simply explain that it's ok for them to not have faith in it, but telling you you're going to fail before you have even started will NOT help.
- while at it, ask them for assistance where you may need it. For example, if you do your own shopping, ask them to accompany you and "guard" you from buying bad stuff. Or ask what healthy activities they do on a regular basis and ask if you can try and join them sometimes if you think it may be fun.
- figure out a way for you to get some healthy exercise. The best way would be thinks like walking or biking to school/work. Looking forward to your destination helps you forget that you are exercising. joining a gym is also a good thing to do, as long as you feel up for it. If you know in advance you would feel "stared at" and won't go and work out, don't spend your money on it untill you feel better about it.
- get an mp3-player or similar ready with your favorite music. Avoid drowsy or depressive music, a good walking-speed beat can help put a bounce in your step. If you don't have any music player, you may be able to borrow one from your family or friends for a week so you can see just how helpfull it is for you before you concider getting one yourself. If need be, go for a little portable radio and a good radio station. Make sure you have a headset that feels comfortable and will not fall off while exercising.
- ask your farmacist for a good daily multi-vitamine.
- if you have a digital camera or webcam and access to a computer and maybe a floppy disk or something, take some "before pictures". Ideally, you could have someone you trust take some pictures of you in your underwear (or bathing suit if you prefer). Make sure to take side pictures and frontal pictures. Save the images somewhere SAFE!
- measure yourself while standing up: around your chest (nipple height and bellybutton height) and around your hips, thighs and upper arms (always measure the widest area). Write your measurements down.
- weigh yourself in the morning right after peeing, as soon as you get up. Write it down.
- spend some time concidering your favorite foods. If you are the kind of person who craves things like pasta, bread and potaties/fries, you may be a carbohydrate addict, do some research on that if this is the case

2 what you need to understand:
- losing a lot of weight fast can be very unhealthy for your body
- you may GAIN a few pounds before you start losing some. This is very normal, it means you are building muscle while burning fat, and muscles just happen to weigh more than fat. Don't let this discourage you.
- how much you lose is dependant on how much fat your body has already. The fatter a person, the more they will lose innitialy. The healthiest rate is about 1 to 2 kilograms a week once you have gotten used to the diet.
- cutting out entire meals will NOT let you lose weight. on the contrary, starving your body will make it want to store more fat. you need to eat every 2 to 4 hours, either a snack like an apple or a few carrots or a small portion of a normal meal. This way your body will continually burn energy all day long.
- you must about 8 glasses of water per day. It will feel odd at first, but you get used to it. If you can't stand plain water, try adding some lemon juice for flavor. If you go for sweeteners, make sure to take the ones without any sugar, but also make sure they DO NOT contain aspartame. Aspartame is basically a nerve toxin that can be very dangereous in large quantities. For the same reason, avoid "diet pop", 99 percent of diet pops will contain aspartame as artificial sweetener.
- cutting out meat all together is not healthy, try some chicken and fish.

Once you have everything figured out... Go for it!

No time for more... hope this helps though.
