The tin foil hat fried his brains, now he's in the funnies with Bill The Cat.

I not sure of a cat. There was Tom Terrific, but, I think him and his dog retired and living in Florida now.

It's been a few years since I've seen him. Last time was in the "low" part of town. Have not seen him since.
