i sit on it legs open and i bonce for about 1/2 an hour a day ... but does this help me loose weight off of my inner thighs ?

If you're not sweating, you're probably not doing much to lose weight. The purpose of exercise balls are to work your core because you have to use balance to sit on them and do exercises. Just bouncing on them doesn't do you much good. It doesn't hurt, but your time could probably be better spent doing something else.

No... Do exercises slowly. Bouncing Is kinda like a bouncing ball... there is less effort to do the same thing.. so although (example you bounce on a trampoline there is less effort to do so. so less productivity in the action than jumping on the ground).
