Take a flat screw driver and stick it into the hole of the bearing. now start pushing the screwdriver to a direction and then start pressing down. and keep doing that over and the bearing will pop out

You need a special tool, and a hammer. The tool will help push the barring out. Take it to your local skateboard shop, they usually do that for free.
