Right so I wanna lose a little weight and tone up I know its gonna take a while and lots of work but I was wondering how long by doing this will it take to see results:
20-30 mins on a stationary bike 4-5 times a week.
Alternating various abs, legs and arm exercises during the week.
And just like eating stuff in moderation.
Any answers much appreciated :-) x

the diet that you follow ultimately determines your body composition or the amount of fat and muscle that you have, exercise plays a very little part in this equation.

the old saying that "you are what you eat" is 100% accurate.

I do 65 minutes of cardio and 35 minutes of toning about 4-5 times a day. Right now where I'm at, I'm more worried about losing my weight than toning up. However, I am toning up. My stomach is getting smaller. I'm classified as overweight right now. I had a baby 4 months ago so it might be a little different in that area. I've lost approximately 30lbs in the past 3 months. It just depends on your body, though.

You should do more cardio, upwards of 45 minutes everyday. Also, remember the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn.
