My great grandmother told us not to be sad she was going, to be happy that she had such a wonderful life. A few moments later, she peacefully took her last breath.

Well I was with my best friend at the hospital the last few days of her moms life who had cancer before dying. This is what I noticed:

Friday : She was so full of energy, she wanted to walk around, she was talking and laughing just her normal self.

Saturday: She was tried, laying in the bed in and out of sleep.

Sunday: She was sleep, could wake her up like before, we use to could just go in and rub her hand and she would wake up but not this time. We also notice her breathing was shallow and deep and sometimes she wasn't breathing for maybe 20 seconds at a time.

Monday: 7am we got the call that she had passed.

Well... the only person I've seen die is a man that got hit by a car on the other side of the street when I was walking o school in sixth grade. So, his final moments were jogging down the street.

In case you're wondering, yeah, it was tramautic.
