Ve, holy space, can be created anywhere. In the woods, in a living room, in a car if you so choose. It isn't limited to a place of worship. Also our temples were sort of decimated. Hehe.
HOW we worship depends on the tradition. Wiccans don't practice the same as a Kemetic (Egyptian) who doesn't worship the same as an Asatru(Norse). Just like Baptist don't worship the same as a Catholic.
Paganism is NOT universal, nor do we want it to be. It's based around different gods and different cultures and different practices just like it was BEFORE Christianity. If you would like more specific answers you'll have to ask a more specific question. There are A LOT of different pagans paths, just like there are a LOT of different Christians paths. The one thing we share (mostly) is that we believe in multiple gods. It's all different after that.

edit: Also not ALL pagans are nature based. Kemetic tends to be more abstract with energy and tends to look to the stars while Asatru and Celtic practice ancestor worship FAR more then earth worship. Hellenistics aren't earth based as much if at all.We are thankfuly for what the earth gives us, but we don't see the divine in it like some other pagan paths. The divine is in the gods and bloodlines. Not the earth as much though they obviously effect the earth huge ways.

Pagans don't attend a 'church'. We gather together outside as our beliefs are based around nature.

Like other religions Paganism is split down into different 'areas' (like Christians can be Roman Catholic, Church of England, etc.) so the 'who' part of your question is difficult to answer.

'How' is very much up to the individual.

We generally don't worship anything in any sort of church. We honor and respect the old gods, but there is no church exactly. Sometimes we celebrate our religion in covens, but a coven can meet anywhere, although outdoors is usualy preferred. Of course, there are some, including myself, who prefer to be solitaries who practice on there own and don't feel that they need a coven. We prefer to find our own way to practice and be close to the gods for we recognize that one path isn't right for everyone.

Most of todays churches have adapted pagan beliefs into there teachings. Christmas is one of the most celebrated of those pagan beliefs they worshiped decorated trees as described in Jer: 10: 1-6
In Egypt they worshiped the Sun and other things

There are many different types of paganism. Many do not attend a church, others attend spiritualist churches. They generally belive in the power of beliefs and energy, of both good and bad- manifested in Christian religions as God and the Devil.

You make a fundamental error in supposing that "worship" is a requirement of life. Millions do not worship anything or anyone.
However, I do like Gypsy's word "religified" and I'd give her the 10 points now!!

Pagans do not go to church. Paganism is a nature based religion which means that they do not have one god or goddess. They worship nature.

Some worship in small groups, covens or in solitude. It is not as much an organized religion as it is belief in the ways of old.

to a pagan, earth is their church...they don't "worship animals" though, they recognize gods that are far older than the judeo-christian one.
