Yes, fish do have blood. I would presume that the Japanese culture processes it somehow, (at least by washing it). But it's an interesting question.

yes they do, and no not all raw fish will make you sick, just because they have blood, no different then eating a hamburger, what do you think happens to the blood in the meat you cook?

Yes but you wouldn't get sick if you made it properly and as long as it wasn't warm it is alright. If you buy tilapia you will most likely see a brownish red looking line in the middle which is the blood line.

yes, fish has blood. But, if you eat it fresh, the blood is yet to be contaminated. So, you won't get sick.
