Well maybe the buses should have bigger seats!!

I bet even if there was room on the seat with her you wouldnt sit there.

For all you know this woman may have a medical condition that prevents her from being 'thin' and driving.

I am considered to fat by some people, but I am fitter than some - I do NOT drive due to a medical condition - and to get to the bus stop I walk a mile and a half in the mornings and the same in the evenings. I regularly over take 'thin' people who are huffing, puffing and complaining about walking.

Anybody who puts their feet on the seats who should pay DOUBLE or TREBLE fares to cover the cost of cleaning or replacing the seats.

This is a fair point. When u fly and are shall we say big boned u have to pay for 2 seats. I know from personal experience. At least u get 2 meals though.

I agree they should pay more if they take up two seats. Being obese should not be discrimination because unlike other things you could change being fat (i.e stop eating fast food and exercise a little bit)

I also have the same problem on the subway each morning I always end up next to a fat person who is taking up half my seat. Why shouldn't they have to pay more if they are the equivalent of two people?

Also paying more for the bus gives them less money to buy candy bars.....

No. I don't think people who are overweight should pay more. I also don't think they should be insulted by people with this attitude.
Try to put yourself in someone else's shoes for a minute. Not necessarily overweight - but if you had something about you that was embarrassing.
A little kindness goes a long way
And no - I'm not overweight myself I just care about people's feelings

and thin people should not be served the same size big macs as the rest, but pay the same money...that seems fair.

No, I don't think they should pay more. Should thin people who take up half the seat pay for half price.
