Does drinking at least 3 cups of milk everyday help to lose inches off of a young woman's waist/ like a 17 or 18 years old woman? And..what scent do guys like to smell on their woman or on a woman?

No, not by itself, but it won't hurt your efforts.
Every guy responds differently to aroma. If you wear a perfume or scent, make it one YOU like. If you go au naturel, well, your own scent or pheromones will nail some guys in the bullseye and do nothing for others. "Clean" is always popular, but some like the scent of perspiration. Sorry, but there's no one answer here.
Very few guys like overkill dosages of perfume, so you can put that tip in ink.
