First of all if he did you wrong to receive forgiveness from God that cant happen. Everyone thinks, Oh I'll ask God to forgive me and all will be fine. Yes God forgives but you have to be sincere in the asking and if he asked God's forgiveness and knows that he was at fault and was sincere then yea God will forgive him but if he hides what he did and is still having you take the blame then he wasn't sincere at all and God will not honor a fake apology.

What've you done wrong? It's the other person, isn't it? So, I reckon it's the other person who needs the forgiveness from you and from God.

Go to him and tell you what he has done wrong towards you and, on your part, forgive him in your heart. If he is a Christian, he will know that he also needs to put it right with God. If he isn't, then he has no relationship with God, so just try to put it right between you and him. Do it tactfully, now.

if u r seeking forgiveness, you did something wrong. I don't see how the other person and what they did to you applies to God forgiving u

No, God will forgive anyone, a wrong, who transforms themselves in their heart, so as to be a person, unable to commit that same wrong again.
