Protein and fat ( yes, it is essential ) are missing from your diet. Along with flavour and any sort of enjoyment by the looks of it.

I think you should eat a little more in general, and you're lacking seriously in protein. 1 cup of lima beans isn't enough. If you don't want to eat meat, then you could consider protein sources like quorn or tofu. One quick high-protein snack that would definitely do you good is a cup of mixed nuts - make sure you're not allergic to these before taking them.

You could easily double or even triple the amount of vegetables you're eating without worrying about fat content or calories, feel free to add tomatoes, onions, lettuce, various leaves, steamed potatoes, pumpkins, turnips, squashes, etc. What adds calories to vegetables are things like butter, mayonaisse, sauces .... but you can add fresh or dried herbs or spices to vegetables without worrying about this.

I think you eat very little, to be honest. Perhaps you could add two more small meals or high-protein snacks to your day?

I assume you are a vegetarian. I would really like to know whether you stated this as a 'sample' of a day of your vegetarian diet or as a type of diet that you are utilizing for some purposes (because it sounds as if you eat it daily). Don't you want a little variety? You may need it. You are possibly missing more protein or an elusive mineral or vitamin that this diet doesn't fulfill.

You need protein. Add some meat to your diet. If you are vegetarian try tofu or beans. I would also recommend mixing up your diet each day. Throw some new vegetables and fruit in for more variety and different nutrients.

The government has a new food guild try compare what you eat with that. You need to also incorporate some protein into your diet and some more grains. The food guild will also tell you about how many calories you should be consuming, it is possibility your not getting enough caloric intake to sustain your energy needs.

You are getting alot of Fiber which is good. It also depends on your age. I am 43 and I am tired alot. I take a nap everyday when I get home as you get older you body changes. If this is the case take a walk everyday after supper and it helps. You also may need a check up with your doctor
