Well if you love this woman then her having a kid shouldnt be an issue. Make sure though, that you dont resent the kid because hopefully you take those wedding vowels to heart and marry for life. Nowadays ppl dont take them as seriously as they should. So, decide on if the kid is the problem and if it bothers you that she has a kid, then no, you shouldnt marry her, but y not? is it that you want kids of your own, andmaybe she no longer wants kids, or do you think that after you and her have a child you will love yours more than the child who isnt yours? THis is some serious stuff, sit down and talk with her before you guys walk down the isle.
keep in mind though that if you are considering marrying her you love her a whole lot, and now a days you cant meet ANYONE who dont have a child by someone else.
So, you decide.

There is nothing wrong with marrying someone that has a kid. Do not take it out on the child. He cannot help who fathered him or that his parents are no longer together. If you cannot love him like your own do not marry her. He should not pay for their mistakes.

If you really love each other, it can work out wonderfully.
You and the child could be really great together and before you know it the three of you are a cohesive unit.

Why should it matter ... if you love her and her kid than it doesn't matter ... if this is something that bothers you than you shouldn't of hooked up in the first place.
