Well I certainly hope that it does not end in my lifetime or my childrens or their childrens and so on I would like to think that the world would definetly become a better place for my children to grow and live in though I do fear things coming to a point that my children will think why would I want to bring a child into this horrible world though.

Yup. Of course the world will end in my lifetime, because when I die, as far as I know, the world has ended.
This is all we get. Let's make the most of it.

Why have you got some really bad debts ?
No the world is not going to end stop being so morbid.
Debbri, you're a cheerful chappie aren't you ?
Let's all pray for armageddon and the end of the world!
To bad we're all just going to rot in the ground when we die isn't it?

Jesus' words were, "Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angles in heaven, but My Father only."
Matthew 24:34-36
We are definitely living in the end times. Many prophecies in the old and new testaments have already come to pass. If you are a student of God's Word, study the prophetic books such as Daniel in the old testament, and Revelation in the new testament.

Psalms 39:10 "And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more;
And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be"

The earth will not come to an end.
When the Bible states that the '
earth' will be burned up, it is referring to governments and peoples, wicked people, being eliminated.
(Isaiah 45:18) For this is what Jehovah has said, the Creator of the heavens, He the [true] God, the Former of the earth and the Maker of it, He the One who firmly established it, who did not create it simply for nothing, who formed it even to be inhabited: “I am Jehovah, and there is no one else.
For it to be inhabited, it has to remain.

No I do not. I think certain wars might really change the population but I think we will be here for centuries to come.
