Processed food - A Twinkie. You can't get more processed than that. Whether that's food is debatable.

There must a word in the question I'm not seeing, the word "cheese". Many different types of food are "processed" and have very extensive shelf lives after opening:
Peanut butter
Pickles
Margarine
Jelly/Jam/preserves
Spaghetti sauce
Salsas
Cereals
Mustards/Catsups
salad dressings,
and on and on and on....

I'm sorry to say but I believe none...
All foods must be consumed within 24 hrs after opening.
But if you place it (Back) inside the refrigerator you may possibly extend it by 2 or maybe 3 days max...

Probably Kraft Velveeta. They couldn't decide if it was a cheese or a food so they combined the term.

Saltine crackers, although they get stale, they're still edible.
Saltine crackers have no moisture or significant amount of fat for bacteria, mold, or other microorganisms to feed and grow.
