The name "Jesus" was a very common name at the time of Jesus' birth, and there are still people with that name to this day (I have seen the name in the credits at the end of movies)

None of them stole the name.

Jesus is not God, Jehovah, his Father, is God.

By the way, "God" is not a name, it's a title.

Jesus is NOT God.
He is God's son.
He is NOT equal to God, but has God's full approval.
(Mark 9:7) And a cloud formed, overshadowing them, and a voice came out of the cloud: “This is my Son, the beloved; listen to him.”

Jehovah God was in heaven....speaking out of heaven.
Jesus was on the earth being baptised.

Jehovah...????

(Exodus 6:3) And I used to appear to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as God Almighty, but as respects my name Jehovah I did not make myself known to them.
