Thanks Marysia, Vot ana & Orita200 for answers. I also believe Jesus did not have biological father and when he mentioned God as father, did not mean that God as his biological father. So word Father can be used to refer "lineage back to king.." (descendant) or "we can have many father figures.." etc.

Jesus did not have any biological father. He was created by God as he created Adam & Eve.
The explanation of the phrase that Jesus was the son of david , is that jesus was a descendant of david. ‘son’, here means a descendant.
And the explanation of the phrase that Jesus was the son of
Joseph, is that Joseph was is step father.
"Father" does not always means biological father.

Joseph was not his ' natural' father. Joseph could be classed as his step-father.
King David was in Jesus' family line...great great great...great...grandfather.
Matthew 1; 1-16
Luke 3; 23-38

Jesus was the 'son of David' in that he could trace his lineage back to King David, which was a necessary identifying mark of the Messiah.
Jesus was the 'son of Joseph' in that Joseph was married to Jesus' mother Mary, and for all intents and purposes was his legal, though adoptive, father.
In the Bible, though, when Jesus says "My Father", he refers not to David or Joseph, but to Jehovah God.

No, according to the Bible, Jesus had no father at all, because he was born by a virgin. Supposing that this assumption is true, it is very unlikely that Jesus had two fathers. Even if Maria had sexual intercourse with several men, the sperm of only one man can generate new life, so we should assume that Jesus was born from only one father as every other normal child on earth.

The genelogy in Matthew is the bloodline of Joseph. His physical father was Jacob. In order for Jesus to be the Messiah, he had to be a legal descendant of David through his son Solomon. When Joseph married Mary and took Jesus as his step (legal) son, that fulfilled this prophecy.
But at the time of the Exile to Babylon, God rejected the king, was a descendent of David, and said that the Messiah would NOT come from that bloodline. So Jesus also had to come from another one of David's sons. This bloodline is found in Luke 3. Note that it opens in verse 23 with the phrase "And Jesus ... being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli,"
The words "as was supposed" in Jewish culture mean that you are going to be following the legal, rather then the bloodline of Joseph. When he married Mary, he became the son of Heli by marriage. Today we would say son-in-law. This chapter is actually following the bloodline of Mary. But in the culture of that day, you always listed the male (or son-in-law) rather than the female. It shows that Mary was a descendant of David through his son Nathan rather then Solomon.
This allows Jesus through his step-father to be legally in line to inherit the throne of Israel and be the Messiah. But it also allows him physically be a descendant of David NOT of Solomon's bloodline through his in-laws and his mother Mary.
So like most children, Jesus had two grandparents.
His grandparents through his step father Joseph as listed in Matthew
His grandparents through his mother Mary as listed in Luke.

No, Jesus did not have two father
Jesus Christ of Nazareth had only one father - The Heavenly Father - He is the God Almighty.
Exodus 3:6
Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.
Exodus 3:15
And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, the LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.

sure. He has God the Father and then Joseph as his dad/father/daddy/pops. while He had two "fathers" He, as we, have only one Father in heaven - we can have many father figures on earth. we're even told in scriptures to entreat our elders as fathers.
