I am in Michigan and I am wondering when I can call someone. It is 7:30 am right now.

The last time I heard this question was a month ago as the man in line ahead of me asked a public transportation
customer service representative when, ".....scheduled
8:00 am departure was leaving the station." He was told the
bus was leaving on schedule in three minutes at Gate Three.
His final words, "Yes, I understand, so it is three minutes until eight o'clock?" I nudged him silently while pointing toward Gate Three. He got the idea and left quickly.
