"The souls that are incarnated in women's bodies have lessons to learn before they gain the right to incarnate in a man's body. A woman is naturally prepared to care and love for the ones close and the man to care about all. The woman is more emotional and that makes her a better target for evil".

What do you think about this hierarchy and distinction, is it fair? Even if you don't believe in reincarnation, is there any base for such an assumption?
And ladies, could you live happily with a man that has such a believe? I'm with some serious trouble reconciling my love towards this person and some of his believes which go against my principles.

No I do not think that women are spiritually inferior to men.

Yes I do believe in reincarnation and since I believe that I also beleive that we much incarnate as a poor person, a rich person, a black, white, brown, yellow, and red.

I believe that we get a 'taste' of every walk of life, that we are born both as male and female (sometimes more incarnations of one sex means that a person will struggle with their gender the next time it changes, and the 'gay sin' thing is no more than it will hinder your advancement in this area.).

One isn't better than the other and you should not trust someone who tells you any different!!

BTW - You can LOVE someone and know that you can not BE WITH that person...thats okay. This is one of those areas where the difference in opinion WILL have an impact on BOTH of your future happiness.

God Bless!!

The only part I agree with is woman tends to be more susceptible to evil. But it's often not so much because she's emotionally incapable of seeing it. Women tend to love deeper & that love causes them to see more good & be more trusting.

Very few men care for those outside their own world. That's why men start wars, most charitable giving from the heart comes from women, etc.

Just about every religion except Judeo-Christianity sees women as inferior. Even within J-C there are still some areas that are off limits & the excuse is pretty much the same as it was Eve who was deceived first. But the Bible clearly has times when God uses a woman in a man's position because either a man wouldn't answer His call or to shame the man(think Deborah in the Old Testament).

As for staying with the man you're asking for problems. If that is his belief then you're going to find his treatment of you gets worse with marriage, not better because you become little more than a slave there to meet his needs. Same goes for any daughters you might have together.

There's a big difference between submission & subservience.

Plus ever hear the saying the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world. Almost all men are more deeply impacted by what their mother did and/or who she was than anyone else in their life because they spend their most vulnerable years in her care.. So in that sense women could be looked at as superior. Personally I think they should & do compliment each other. Listen to the old Jeannie C. Riley hit called "The Rib". Pretty much says it all.

Absurd. There is an Eastern prayer for men that offers thankful contemplation for not having been born a woman, but its basis is appreciation for the fact that it is more difficult to be female -- because of men. A woman is designed by nature to be more vulnerable in a physical sense because she is the gender who carries and bears offspring.

No, I would never live with or even feel affection toward a man who thinks women are spiritually inferior. In all likelihood his emotionally self-flagellating mother taught him that. In my experience it's always the boys pampered by masochistic mothers who spout off about male superiority. If I were in your shoes, I would send him back to his mama. Either his sexism walks out the door or he does.

I think that is a very foolish belief. its arrogant and inconsistent, and most of all untrue.

but the thing is, in a way its untruth isn't even the point. its more that someone that has such a point of view, ... themselves, have many lessons to learn.

men and women are different sides, where one soul might, as that person thinks, take a female body for that reason, one whos signifigantly past that, might take it for the OPPOSITE reason.

I think any specific detail of it, is probably sometimes true. ... but not always. and to assemble it like that is proof of the person's own need for lessons.

This is nonsense. It has probably been written by some MAN who has a lot of issues. It's common knowledge that more women are attracted to spiritual things, more open with their feelings, etc.

I don't believe in reincarnation so that part isn't a factor for me, but look at Christ; his most faithful followers were women. They stayed at the foot of the cross when the men ran away.
The churches are full of women, too.

I haven't got time for Anyone, man or woman, who could believe that a person can be "spiritually/intellectually inferior" on the basis of gender, race or anything else.

I think the two can compliment each other.
On the flip side, could you live happily with a man who was, or who thought he was, inferior to you?.
My elderly aunt, bless her, always used to tell me I should marry a man I look up to and respect. So, I think I could live happily with a man who was more intelligent than me as long as he wasn't too aware of it.

Sometimes I do think women are "spiritually inferior" to men in this society. Why else would intelligent women fall for and become emotionally dependent on a pretty face who uses and abuses them? and for some reason lack the confidence to take care of themselves and forge their own identity? Men who fall for these women are not too bright either, I say.
These women lose all faith in themselves if their man says or acts like they are inferior to them.
I am in no means a man basher or a man hater. Both genders suffer from inferior role models I guess.

That is certainly NOT the case! Man and woman are EQUAL in the eyes of God. Woman was created out of Man's SIDE so that they could stand TOGETHER, equally. She was not created from man's foot to be trampled upon or from his head to rule over him!

Man and woman are two parts of a whole. To say that one is inferior to the other is absolute lunacy! It's like saying that a one half of a perfect sphere is smaller than the other!

Your significant other is seriously and shockingly deluded. You shouldn't be with him; he is spiritually abusing you. Either leave him or confront him in a constructive manner.

Any man who believes this makes a good argument that men are intellectually inferior to woman.

What a load of bull.

It's not much more than an attempt at control which stems from insecurities.

Good luck, just remember you are no less than any man!

Indeed it is true that women are more emotional than men. This point happens to work in the favor of women on the spiritual level. When something happens in the spiritual world, women tend to pick up on it first. As far as who ate the fruit first as mentioned by one of the responders, the bible states in Genesis 3:6 that Adam was standing with her at the time she ate the fruit. If the whole male superior thing is true, Adam probably commanded her to eat it first.lol

I do believe in reincarnation but do not know where that quote or statement originated.
It does not seem accurate to me.....for all are here to learn different life lessons....perhaps this is one that this man is here to learn?
I cannot say for I am not the Divine.....but i myself could not live that way.

Blessings to you. I hope you find what it is you seek.
