We have been together for over 2 years,His actions say that he loves me.I think It just might be weird for him to say the actual words.He has said the words when I asked him before.

Whats too hard to understand here? forget about all the word play and those who are trying to confuse you. I say me too all the time when my bf says he loves me and I mean ' I love you too' because I do love him. I most definetely dont mean I love myself too!! Duh! lol. Relax and enjoy your relationship and stop thinking too much into every little thing!

You just answered your own question. It is awkward for him to tell you that he loves you. A lot of men don't like to say the words, "I love you". As men we grow up where our dads tell us not to cry or be overly emotional. This is where this is born from.
I am sure your guy loves you if he is has been with you for 2 years. He just needs to feel it is OK to say those words and mean it. He also needs to realize that saying "me too" may come across as insincere to a woman.

He may not feel comfortable saying the actual words. You ever see the movie Ghost? Patrick Swayze would say "dito". But, you are the one who actually can feel and interpret the emotions of your BF when he responds to I Love You. Stop saying it to him first and give him a chance to say it to you-then you will know he's sincere and it's real love. If he never says it first....there is where i'd have a problem! Good Luck...

he probably just doesn't want to say it to much for you to get the idea that he like wants to marry you or something. most guys are like this if they do love the girl, but they dont know on what level that the girl loves them on so its kinda hard to explain but yea...
