How do upload a cd-catalogue and create a link so people can be doing the download?

It costs me a lot to sending our cd's so i was wondering if i can create a link whereby people can be downloading this catalogue on line.

You need to give a bit more info here.
The main questions is do you have a website somewhere?
If you do then is just a question of uploading your CD and providing a link (on the website itself or on an email to your customers) for customers to download it (on a zip file perhaps?).
If you don't then the answer would be a LOT more complicated for example: You would need to turn your PC into a web server (with an static IP address) and configure your router so your customers can have access to your "website".
Another way is to "share" your folder (the one that has the CD data) to the web....all very messy (and not very safe)!
