why will anyone be comfortable with belonging to a religious organization like church,mosque etc where falsehood is preached and practiced.

When there is no true and genuine repentance/salvation,then the person will be comfortable with such a place.But the person who has genuine salvation will hunger,thirst and pursue the true unadulterated word of God.He/she will hunger and thirst for righteousness.Someone who has also received the baptism of the holyspirit cannot be content with a place where falsehood is preached and practiced.The holyspirit in him/her will tell the person to depart from such a place.

You are wrong, very wrong, going to Mass is a wonderful experience, I feel closer to God there and we read from the Bible and do not preach lies or falsehoods

If I understand your question correctly, then yes. Some people secretly doubt the existence of god but cover up their feelings because believing in someone watching over you is just so comforting.

Why will anybody be comfortable judging other people's beliefs when that person doesn't even understand those beliefs? You obviously don't know God, so you don't even know what you're talking about.
