I got a phone call from a guy the other night who I don't know. I'm a little bit concerned about it because I have no idea how he got my number. He said his name was Greg and that we met online before. I asked him how he got my number and all he would say is "I have my ways." I asked him how he knew me and he said that we met online back in June (which was no help to me bacause I am on tons of sites. (Myspace, Facebook, Bebo, Tagged, etc.) I have absolutley no recollection of this guy. He said that we had about 5 or 6 conversations back in June and haven't talked since then. I asked him why he hasn't talked to me for so long and he said "Well, I really like you a lot and I didn't want to scare you off." Well what the hell does he think mysteriously calling me and being all vague is doing? I NEVER give my number to ANYBODY I meet online, so I know I didn't give it to him. Besides, since June I have gotten a whole new phone and changed number and everything.

I don't have my number posted anywhere online. Also, he didn't call me blocked. I have his number, but I would never call him! I have asked all of my friends and none of them know this guy either.

o, boy. u re so easy to fool. didn't u know that this is nowadays the common excuse for everything? "we met on line. we talked a few times". cos everybody know that everybody talks with hundreds of people and doesn't remember all of them. u didn't meet him on line. this is someone u know, or someone to whom one of your acquaintances gave your number. if i were u i would ask him to stop calling. it doesn't seem normal - why did he need to sneak your number from somewhere?

Of course he got your phone number from somebody that knows you! He sounds scary though. I mean, did he think this was romantic or something or cute? It's like stalking or something. Not a good relationship starter. I think you should get your # changed again

I would have to think that he got your number somehow( not online) and is just telling you that as an excuse for you to talk to him

Sites like Facebook show your phone number to your friends if you put it on your profile. If you accepted him as a friend he might be able to see it!
