Is there any possibility to manufacture the bluetooth technology televisions.no distrubance for others.?

Iff the blouetooth television was founded,we can enjoy the shows with out distrubing our kids,who are studing in the next room.

I suppose what you really want are wireless headphones.
It does not have to be blue-tooth, although bluetooth heaphones do exist. However, RF headphones have probably a wider range and are cheaper..
