Earlier, my neighbor and i were downstairs and while we were talking and her brother came outside and somehow we started flirting, she was trying to talk to me and we kept interrupting her going back in forth with witty banter.

It's was really quite funny, but she didn't get half of what we were saying so she just kind of looked on. She asked me to come over tomorrow morning and her brother let me know that he'd be there (in his morning best ;).

I just wanna know if that was mean and how to include her.

Sounds like you are on the prowl for the man. She probably understands and knows you are just being an ol' horn-dog. don't worry about it.

Nah! I don't think anyone was rude just three young people having a three way chat! While you are thinking it was rude maybe the sister was setting you up for the brother...think about it! If you were being rude why would she call you tomorrow? Anyway Congratulations seems you are going to get yourself a boyfriend tomorrow all dressed in his morning best! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!!!

She probably felt left out and may have thought it a bit rude to be interrupted while she was talking.

Plus she may have the "eewwww" factor watching a girl flirt with her brother; but at least you weren't flirting with her dad (that may have been worse).

That was rude that you let your conversation be taken over by her brother, then you just kicked her out of it. I don't know why she asked you over; I would have written you off as one of those girls who puts chasing boys above all else and just let you have at the brother.

It is kind of rude to interrupt people when they are talking to you. If she did not mind I would not worry about it.
