It isn't exactly healthy because you're consuming too much sugar not enough fiber or vitamins (vegetables!). I'd replace the coco-puffs with some high fiber cereal, add a salad to the sandwich and instead of dinner, have lunch instead! It's important to keep your metabolism high by eating regular meals.

Definitely not healthy. The cereal is laden with sugar and the desert is laden with fats and salt. Not sure what the dinner is but on it's own it would probably be OK provided it was wholemeal bread and contained no butter. You should have started with a drink of water and finished with an apple or banana or pear etc.

woooo that kind of eating will catch up to you . look for something nutritious . terrible you should get some raw preferably vegetables or cooked veggies firstly then moderate fruits . no processed junk but whole grains are good avoid meats fish and chicken to the minimum if you must like me and cut fats especially hydrogenated and saturated types . drink around eight glasses of water a day.
almost all your nutrition comes from vegetables and you can get your essential proteins from beans and legumes if you are strict with yourself but your diet will give you problems eventually.do some research . there are plenty of good links .

What do you think?
Variety is the spice of life. (in moderation)
Don't they teach anything about nutrition in schools these days? Sounds like a serious lack of vegetables to me.

I prefer oatmeal or Cheerios.
Sub sandwich OK but pizza would be nice.
Oreos are good with chocolate milk, but I prefer double chocolate chip cookies with pecans.
