It means that you have to make an appointment to see your doctor. It could mean lots of things. Any time you experience sudden frequent dizziness and you don't know the cause, you should see your doctor.

You could have the beginnings of a bad cold, you may have serious metabolic problems, only your doctor can tell.

It could be a million things.
Consult a doctor!
It could be allergy, infection, drugs, depression, thyroid problem, you're not eating enough, you're eating the wrong things, you're exercising too much, you're not exercising enough.
If it bothers you that much or your symptoms worsen you need to see a doctor pronto!

Are you on any type of meds? Have you gone off any meds suddenly? If so it could be withdrawal.

If not, you either are anemic or could have the flu. If it gets worse for sure see a doctor.

Pinky stop winking your eyes and you wouldn't be getting dizzy. also you could see the food your trying to eat!!! lol! You might have the flu bug!!

You could definitely be anemic.
Eat more iron, and go to a doctor. That doesn't sound right.
