Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Gotta love the drinking the milk after the cereal is gone.

Porridge made with half(skimmed) milk and half water. Half a banana sliced into it and eaten very warm, not hot. No added sugar, no other additives, no E numbers just pure food. It keeps me warm and fills me up so that I do not crave any food mid morning, apart from an apple. It keeps my cholesterol down to number 3 on the scale and it is good for the blood in general. Because of porridge my weight has stayed the same for 4 years after a diet that reduced me by 4 stone. Try it.

I'm an 18 year old kis who just LOVES Lucky Charms (why has nobody mentioned it?!!)

Can't get it that much as I live in London but I get mine from the Sweetie Heaven stores in Bluewater.

And, I also love Cinnamon Grahams.

I'm guessing it's just like the Cinnamon Toast cereal in America...

I have always disliked cereal--even as a small child. Surprisingly, all of my children have always eaten it, and liked it--they did not get that from me.

Cereal is very good for us, and I wish I could eat it--I just can't. There is no brand or flavor that is at all appealing to me. I would probably starve before eating cereal in any form.
