What did you fall? Was the floor wet and no wet floor sign was posted? Or were you wearing super high heels and tripped over your own feet?
If the hotel did something to cause you to fall, then sue if you like. If you fell on a perfectly dry non-slippery floor, I can't see a point in suing them. A lot of people sue because they can, but the other party isn't even at fault.
If you take money from them and they were not at fault, I am sure you would never be welcome in their establishment or their sister properties ever again.

It depends why you fell. Was there a puddle of water on the floor and no "caution--wet floor sign" or are you a klutz and just tripped over your own two feet? Regardless, unless you have some long-term injuries from this and have problems doing simple, day to day tasks, you probably shouldn't sue. This (in my non-professional opinion) is a frivolous law suit and is what is responsible for ruining our justice system. Suits like this take up too much time and money and prevents the legitimate law suits from getting a fair shot.
If I were you, I'd keep track of all your medical expenses/doctor reports and instructions, and definitely contact the hotel to keep them apprised of your situation. If you don't have medical insurance (or you have crummy insurance that doesn't pay much and you're left with medical bills), they'll probably offer to pay for your treatment.

If you want to sue, see a lawyer. Did you fall because of something the hotel did, or didn't do? Do you feel that you should sue? Is it morally right to sue?
I would go talk to the hotel first, see what they offer. It might be more than you'll end up getting through a lawsuit without all the trouble and time.
People in USA are really "sue crazy", and you can do it, but do you want to be that type of person, or were they really negligent? More questions than answers, I'm sorry.

Was it a real fall and did you really get injured? Hotels and casinos are hip to fake "slip and fall" tricks used by scamsters. They've seen it happen too many times before and are not pushovers.
The hotel may want to know what your intentions are (consult a lawyer and possibly sue them). If you received some minor injuries (legitimate), they may want to compensate you then and there provided that you sign a waiver agreeing to not sue them in the future.
If you received considerable injuries (like a broken bone or back injury), you may want to talk with a lawyer first. Keep in mind that the lawyer wants your business and it can take a long time to settle a legal law suit in your favor.

What caused you to fall, if it was because of negligence by the hotel, by all means... if you fell, because of something you did (spike heels, too much to drink etc...) then I would say no...
Talk to a personal injury lawyer, if you feel you have reason to sue, likely the hotel will settle out of court, if it is a reasonable conclusion, that they were at fault... if you were at fault for the fall, it would be a waste of your time.... if you want the hotel, to cover your out of pocket medical expenses, and not try to cash in on an accident, they will likely be quite reasonable and pay your medical bills.

No, don't sue. everyone sues everyone.
Honestly I think the hotel will be really nice about it to you. Maybe give you a room with a nice view, blah blah.
If I sued every business I fell over, I would be very rich. It's not their fault I am so bloody clumsy.

If the reason you fell was entirely the hotels fault the you can sue! However, I suggest you speak to some legal authority and see what are your chances of winning before deciding!!!

If you want to sue, only do so if it was somehow the hotel's fault.
If it was just that you fell over and happened to be in the hotel, to me that just sounds like taking advantage of others.
I hope you are feeling better.

Sue the hotel because you fell?
Only if it's the hotel's fault that it happened, but I find it hard to believe.

If they were at fault (slippery/dirty floors, something on the floor etc) ok.
If they were not, and you are just clumsy, no do not sue.
That's the problem with this country, no one wants to work for anything. Get rich quick by suing, it's the American way.
