I'm a midlifer, and I find that I learn something new everyday when I look at what people think or what there answers are.
I also like helping people with my ideas.............the points are fun, and free! It's really rewarding to get BEST ANSWER!!
NEVER TOO OLD!
Just think of all the wisdom you can pass on,
and all the things you can learn from the younger generations using yahoo questions.
It keeps me in touch with what people think, feel, and are doing in the world these days!
YOU are the PERFECT AgE no matter how old you are,
you DO need to be over 13.
I have a rule, not to chat with minors.
I have found that I have answered questions from minors and gotten IM's from them. That's just my rule. Just to be on the safe side.
Like anything, Yahoo Answers, Chat, Ebay..........It's all addictive, and passes time. This if free, informative, and keeps us in touch with how people really think, the things they might not say unless they were behind a screen!
Have fun, live!!
Life is too short!
Enjoy Yahoo answers at any AGE!

Who's going to know how old you are unless you tell them?
How old do you think I am? Or the three answerers above me?
If you're having fun, answering with honesty and meeting new and interesting people then you are definitely NOT too young to be here!
Which reminds me, have you checked out the seniors board here? That is one of the most fun sections of all! (I speak from personal experience!)
Cheers :-)

With politeness I will address this. By asking a question as this one is, your self-esteem has got to be on a level of needing a good shove or professional help.
Higher numbers in anything in life, generally exudes maturity, wisdom, knowledge, and what an opportunity for you to share your knowledge and experiences with people of any age; 18 or 100. Pick up your spirits, walk proud, speak with confidence and find your passion in life. Don't let a number make you stumble.
Have a very good and happy day.

Nah, you're fine. Answers has no age. We are a collective brain of young and old. If Yahoo can figure out how to harness this power, the world will never be the same.

Not in the least. Answers will only gain a more dynamic range of responses when people of different ages, cultures, etc. join in the fun! Keep coming back. If you enjoy irrelevant questions go to Polls, and Surveys.

No way are you too old! 1) You are only as old as you feel 2) Age creates experience 3) I'd rather your response than some 12 year old

No. I'm 61 and have been on YA for 2 years. I find that I have more experience that I can fall back on than the younger set.
But you can also learn from them. Age is just a number.

I'm close to your age, and I am definitely not to old to do anything with my brain; neither are you and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. PS, check out the number of Presidents, Prime Ministers, heads of major corporations, Popes (joking), that were over 60, and in their prime during the past 200 years!!
