No but flirting is walking a very thin line.
Answer this, if your wife/gf were standing beside you would you act the same way and flirt?
NO, so if it feels wrong, then it is..good motto

Flirting, giving your eyes and your thoughts to someone else in the form of a sexual come=on... IS a form of cheating,
But it depends on your intentions.
It is emotional cheating, in a way..
But can still be perceived as harmless.
I have a man. I don't flirt. I don't make eyes at other guys. I don't call other guys and flirt on the phone. I don't write other guys flirty emails.
He gives me the same respect.

Depends on your girlfriend/wife. Some dont see it as cheating if the person doing the flirting can define the boundries.

I would say it depends on what point you are at in a current relationship you are in. If you are just dating then flirting with others is harmless. If you are officially boyfriend/girlfriend (or whatever it may be) then I don't recommend it and of course if you are married you better not think of it.

Not if it's just 'fun' flirting with someone you know. It really depends on where the flirting takes you.

Lots of difference...to say someone is cute is flirting and harmless...taking them out behind someones back is not right. If you dont know the difference you dont need a boy or girlfriend at this time

If your partner would feel hurt if he/she witnessed the flirting then yes it is cheating - also depends what rules you and your partner have set up regardless other people in your relationship.

i think so that flirting is same as cheating coz flirting is a fake relationship in whick you are not serious about the relationship and it can break any time.and you are cheating other person and he/she be in the impression that you like him or her.but actully you flirt. so
CONCLUSION:- FLIRTING IS SAME AS CHEATING.

I think it depends on your definition of "flirting"
but I'm not bill clinton. i don't think it's usually cheating since it's not serious. a joke is a joke, and flirting is basically that.
