I thought the "Double Nine" .22 revolver was made by High Standard?
Blue or nickel? Barrel length? Detailed description of condition?
Vintage .22 revolvers really don't sell for a whole lot, even in excellent condition.

Not very much, High Standard double-9 revolver were cheapies, even when new. I doubt you can get more than $125 for it.
