I have just observed that people nowadays easily give comments and based their opinions on the Good/ Bad Acts of the members rather than learning the principles on which it lays it's foundation. With this scenario, are we unfairly prejudging?

The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Ye shall know a tree by its fruit.

In other words, if an organization claims peace but its members kill people, that's not prejudging, that's common sense.

Communism purports to establish a utopia of human harmony and equality. Unfortunately, communism has achieved nothing but tyranny and murder. I don't particularly care what the "principles on which it lays [its] foundation" are; I care about the end result.

Further, I can't say much good about the principles underlying Abrahamic religions. Beyond this, a religion is just a set of ideas. People are required to put ideas into action. If those ideas continually lead to unfavorable actions, maybe YOU (in the general, not personal, sense) are the one who has "prejudged" the merits of your own religion, falsely identifying it as virtuous when it is anything but.
