He may like it but cats also purr when they are scared or nervous. There really is no need to bathe him unless he gets into something dirty.By bathing him you are removing natural oils he needs for his coat.Cats bathe themselves.

Cats purr when they are experiencing a traumatic event. Purring is a self-soothing behavior to help them get through stuff like your thinking he likes baths.

Of course, you may have a really laid back cat who actually likes baths. Some Persians do. But if he is crying, trying to pull the drain plug out, has both paw wrapped around your wrist or is shaking he is just wants it over with already.

Cats can purr when they're anxious or in pain, but I think your cat just likes it. I bet it has to do with you massaging it, and the warmth of the water.

Yes that is amazing, I carry my cat near the sink & I,ll be clawed something awful, so if I do want to give her a bath I have to hold her two front paws as hard as I can or she,ll bolt like mad & then I have to chase a wet cat around my apartment to finish the job, your lucky, enjoy it.
