The easiest way is to work stuff into your day if you can't get away to exercises. If you work in a tall building take the stairs as much as possible. Need to get something off the floor squat low. Get up from chairs without leaning on anything, park a couple of blocks away-not at night. Make a habit of sitting up straight and pull your lower stomach in. If you tighten and release slowly no one will notice.
Doing your homework in front of the computer? During pauses to think, press your palms together in front of you, now allow your one arm to go right then go left with resistance. Link your fingers in front of you close to chest now pull one arm then the other to th left and right. You can be your own resistance machine but it takes some thought t work stuff in. Are you mostly sitting down while working? If so, it isn't helping you. Try to move around in workplace. Avoid sitting on the computer for too long. Take the stairs when possible.

If you are in a metro city take public transportation and get off a stop away from your house. Walk quickly from there.

Instead of sitting, stand. Take the stairs instead of elevator. Take the long route if time is not the issue
