I smell some serious bs going on. This sounds like a typical low life teenage fantasy. If you really want this girl, here's what you do. Tell her you heard the rumors, and don't believe or care if they are true. Tell her she doesn't owe you any explanations. She'll give you one, but you get the points for saying it.
Tell her to fire back by telling people the following story:
I cannot believe the nerve of these two little liars. Those co__suckers were trying to convince me to have a threesome, and as a joke, I said "ok, you two start without me and I'll join in, and OMG! they did! They sucked each other off right there in front of me, and I was so shocked, I didn't know what to do. So, i just sat there. And honestly, it did not even look like the first time."

I find it extremely unlikely that there is any truth to this rumor at all. All you did was say that a couple of immature adolescent boys were teasing her, and look how many people turned that into verified proof of her moral standards.
When I was in high school I was the victim of some malicious neighborhood boys who swore I had performed sexually for one of them. Absolutely no truth to it whatsoever, but damn if it didn't get around school with lightening speed. My boyfriend didn't believe it, but broke up with me anyway because he couldn't deal with the rumors. Took almost all year to live that down, and by the time he came crawling back it was too late. Saw him a few years ago and he said it was the biggest mistake he ever made.
And I wasn't the only one. Happened to a lot of girls.
Consider the source and the actual chances of this being true. Sounds more like revenge for saying no. Definetly does not have the ring of truth to it. Are the details sketchy? Do the stories match up when they are separated? Why do I doubt it?
Either way, it is unfair to judge someone by their sexual past. It has nothing to do with you and it's none of your biz. How would you like it if every girl you meet defined you based on one incident? We are not our mistakes.

Why isn't anyone taunting the guys who were there? There is so much negative judgment toward girls who participate in any type of sexual activity outside of missionary position. Do you judge her for it too? It's up to you.
