Your eyesight will probably get worse over time unless you do something about it.

First, you have to avoid squinting and straining to see at all costs. Also, if you have glasses avoid using them for close work and use them only when you must. All this can make your vision worse.

Second, there are eye exercises you should do every day that can improve your eyesight. These eye exercises work despite what others say, but require persistence. They won't help you overnight, but you will notice improvements within a few days. These improvements will be temporary at first but will last longer and become permanent as you continue to practice eye exercises. You may need to practice them for a few months to achieve considerable improvement.

I was able to improve my own vision this way.

Best regards,

Yes, you should worry proportionately about your eyesight, but wearing or not wearing glasses has no effect on your chances of going blind. It's a small risk for everyone.

If you've gone short-sighted at fifteen you are most likely to continue drifting more short-sighted for the next few years.
It's more a growth thing than connected to any particular activity, in most cases.

You are almost certain to need a correction to be legal when you start to drive, so you might as well start enjoying good vision now!

You can ignore it and let it get worse until you can't do anything, like.... driving. (Yes you have to take a vision test to drive.) Or you can grow up and figure out that seeing clearly is important. After the blurriness comes the headaches.

Glasses don't have to be expensive anymore. Lots of places advertise low prices , check the newspaper.

Your eyesight won't get worse without glasses but you have to be realistic with yourself. You may need to get contacts if the thought of glasses disgust you that much, However they may complement your face. But anyway.

You won't be able to drive unless you get glasses, or Contacts. and if you can't drive you can't get a job, and if you can't get a job you're going to be a crack head bum eventually. So get glasses now or do crack later.

haha but seriously. You won't be able to get a job or drive. get contacts/glasses.
