Guys are very honest in their actions. If a guy likes you, usually you can tell. If what your looking for is dating material you need to find a guy who obviously cares for you, and isn't just in it for the sex. Be selective of the guys you like and want to get in a relationship with. Be extra loving at a certain point after you have been dating and see if he responds well. If so... he's probably down to be in a relationship with you. If he backs off.. then you'll know he only wants something casual. Be confident, be subtle in your caring and when it gets to a comfotable level be blunt. Guys like girls who like them and want to be around them, yet have their own lives. Don't be smothering or desperate. Anyways... this is just an opinion. I wish you good luck;)

If you want one then get one, but to be honest with you hun, i think you are still abit young. I'm in Junior Highschool too, i know how you feel, but you must resist, it's better not to have one than breaking someone's elses heart or getting yours broken. It may be tempting because some of your friends has one..

Commitment is a big part... in my opinion i think that most relationships in junior Highschool are not really serious, so i see no point in them, if they see a hotter chick they may dump you and go out with her. I think everybody has thought of this wanting a bf or a gf, it's probably because of hormones. Enjoy your time with your girlfriends!

Take care,

Belinda

Just be yourself and the right guy will come along. You will meet a lot of guys throughout your lifetime, so there really isn't any need to hurry. But the best way to attract guys is to have confidence. A girl who knows who SHE is and really acts like she doesn't NEED a guy is very attractive, and not to mention a challenge- which is something every guy will appreciate.

Be yourself....You're young. Boyfriends will come to you when you least expected. Don't rush yourself for a relationship. Why don;t you try to be friends with a guy instead of having a commited relationship. Let the boy chase you instead of you chasing them. Ask yourself why you must have a boyfriend. Is there something missing in your life to come to a conclusion that you must have a boyfriend.

In order to have a boyfriend you must become a girlfriend. This will only happen if you socialise or meet people.

You cannot make a boyfriend in a day. It takes weeks or months for a known friend to be more closer to you. You will not even realise this........and when you think about it after sometime, Voila! Hez ur boyfriend!

Don't worry about finding a steady boyfriend.

You are way to young to be committing to anyone. Play the field while you can. Try to relax, just be friends, and have fun. There is no reason you can't date several guys without having to committ to any one.

And later on, when you least expect it - the right one will find you. Don't push it. Let it happen by itself.

Meet new friends, join school clubs and committees, play your favorite sport, anything to meet other students. You shouldn't just WANT a bf, you should connect with someone. WANTING a bf will only make you follow the crowd and you'll end up not happy with this poor guy.

Be patient, and wait. It'll happen... you just can't MAKE it happen.

Why wouldn't you show that you want a boyfriend? That just makes guys think you aren't interested, so they wont even try. Start flirting. It will get the message out that you want a boyfriend, just don't act like a who*re for your own sake.

Start letting it show then. Be a bit flirty with the guys you like. Act feminine. They love to think that we need them.
