they don't give a crap right? Like maybe they were never even your friend to start with....cos I know that this person woulda read it.

How do you know it didn't go to their spam folder? Or if they did read it, maybe they didn't know how to respond to it right away. You seem so quick to jump on someone for not caring about your problem, but if you were a real friend you'd wait to see what really happened and not assume the worst right off the bat.

I'm guilty of this... Sometimes it takes me DAYS to answer an email from a friend who is having a problem. Usually it's because I just do not KNOW what to say. I have to think about my response for awhile. Other times I'm having my own problems and just don't have the emotional energy it takes to respond. Sometimes the tendonitis in my arm is so bad I can't type. And yes, sometimes their email might go into my Spam folder -- which I only check every 3 days.
But in no case does it mean that I don't care...
And Marianne is right -- you aren't being much of a friend if you jump to conclusions about YOUR friends like this.

if your sure that person read it maybe but maybe she /he didn't know what to say or hates being put in that type of situation the humane mind is a crazy thing we will never understand completly but then again it might of fell into the spam or got errased without knowing always try to give people the benefit of the doubt the first time at least

Hi, they are all right with the answers they've given. It is best you are sure before u conclude. Call them and if they are as guilty as charged, then just let it go. But let them knw you are hurt by it, it will change them if they have a conscience.
Any ways, life goes on.

Nah, they probably just haven't checked it or deleted it in a hurry thinking it wasn't something important....give them the benefit of the doubt - email them again or better yet, call them

Either they dont really care, and thats messed up, or they did not recieve your email. Email him/her back, and see whats up if you havent already. Then if they dont respond, theyre not a real friend. REAL friends are there no matter what happens.

May be they dont see the message or message gone to Bulk...be patient and e-mail them.
